$4.7M home sells in Fountain Hills

5,665-square-foot home located in Eagle Ridge

Just weeks after joining the tech-focused brokerage in September, Compass luxury real estate broker Frank Aazami closed on a $4.7 million Fountain Hills home, a transaction Compass identifies as the town’s highest residential sale of the year.

Working with Associate Partner Fletcher Wilcox and buyer brokers David Newcombe and Heather MacLean, Aazami represented the $4.7 million sale of a home at 14699 E. Paradise Drive in the Eagle Ridge community.

Marketed through Compass’ private listing platform, the property drew strong interest before hitting the open market, according to a press release.

The single-level, 5,665-square-foot home features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, panoramic views of Camelback Mountain, a negative-edge pool, Savant smart home system and an eight-car garage with lifts.

“This is one of those properties that spotlights everything there is to love about life in Arizona,” Aazami said. “From its breathtaking scenery to its well-thought-out indoor/outdoor design, it’s a prime example of why metro Phoenix – and, particularly, the East Valley – continue to attract high-income buyers and residents from across the nation and around the world.”

Aazami, a longtime figure in Arizona luxury real estate, said Compass’ technology, network and private listing capabilities are helping drive activity among high-end buyers in metro Phoenix and the East Valley.
