121-degree temperatures possible in Fountain Hills through weekend

Maricopa and Pinal counties under warning

The National Weather Service announced Wednesday that Maricopa and Pinal counties could encounter 121-degree temperatures through Sunday.

Maricopa and Pinal counties are under an extreme heat warning through Aug. 2. This includes the town of Fountain Hills. Locally, the Chamber of Commerce has been designated the official Maricopa County Heat Relief Hydration Station. The Chamber is located at 16837 E. Palisades Blvd. and can be reached at 480-837-1654.
