1 or 2 lanes?

Always curious whether Avenue of the Fountains is two lanes? There are no markings indicating that it is. I see many people treat it as one.

Due to the angle parking for businesses, one lane is all that should be used as it permits anyone driving on the roadway evasion space in the event someone backs out without looking.

Perhaps there is need for necessary education for drivers...maybe enforcement.
