John Kurkjian, 94, of Fountain Hills passed away on Dec. 26, 2018.
John was born October 30, 1924 in Tripoli, Lebanon. John is survived by his wife, Peggy; sons, Orley, Allen and John; brother, Raymond; cousins, Arthur Salibian, and Frances Bulbulian and several grandchildren.
He started his career with Dayton’s in Minneapolis and later was a senior executive with B. Dalton Booksellers responsible for opening and managing store regions throughout the country.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 12 at 2 p.m. at Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church
