In response to Mr. Steve Orlando’s letter to the editor, I think [the stop signs] were one of the best projects the Town Council has done, especially near the high school.
You could hardly miss them and they are so visible from a distance, especially at night. That was where some of the public safety tax money went.
I hope the town will do these flashing lights on all stop signs, especially on main roads. Besides, they are cheaper than the turnaround proposed earlier.
