Misinformation

The federal government is proposing an agency to prevent “misinformation.” Sounds like a wonderful idea, with one qualification. Who gets to decide what information is true?

Certainly, we don’t want to give the government the right to determine truth. Experts? You can find experts to argue every side of any issue. How about we just let the American people hear all arguments and decide for themselves.
