Dr. Brian K. Gallagher of Fountain Hills died Saturday, Jan. 16, at a Scottsdale hospital where he was taken following a catastrophic stroke.
He was born Aug. 12, 1955 in Cleveland, OH. He practiced for 29 years as a chiropractor, helping many.
Brian loved Fountain Hills and admired the beauty surrounding the community. He was a member of the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce. He was a Christian and member of the Fountain Hills Christian Center.
He is survived by his fiancée, Charlotte Rose Hoek, and her daughter, Jennifer.
A celebration of the life of Brian as a great healer will be held Thursday, Jan. 21, at 5:30 p.m. at Fountain Hills Christian Center, 16249 E. Ironwood Drive, Fountain Hills. There will be a dinner at the church following the memorial.
Brian is remembered and loved by many with numerous close friends planning to speak at the celebration of life. Those include, Dr. Chris Smith DC, Dr. Wilhemm Bos DC, Dr Steve Poulos Dentist, Dr Dave Ketchum DC, Charles Matthews –a patient, David Dieb - a dear friend, Colleen Takemoto, Darcy Boch Forman, Elizabeth Bradley and Charlotte Rose Hoek.
