Posted
The Fountain Hills High School homecoming parade is set for this evening, Sept. 30, and the entire town is invited out to Avenue of the Fountains to take part in the festivities.
Featuring class floats, the homecoming court, the FHHS marching band and parade entries from various other local businesses, clubs and organizations, the parade is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. sharp.
Following the parade, FHHS students are invited back onto campus to enjoy the annual bonfire beginning at 7 p.m.
On Thursday, Oct. 1, the Falcons will host preliminary rounds for a fundraising dodgeball tournament. Students have been encouraged to build teams of six, with the showdown to take place in the high school gym beginning at 7 p.m. The cost of entry is $5 and the community is invited to come out and watch the action unfold.
The dodgeball finals will be held during the FHHS pep assembly on Friday at 1:20 p.m.
Finally, on Saturday, Oct. 3, the Falcons will enjoy their homecoming dance. The dance theme will be “Hollywood” this year, and the event will be hosted out of the high school gym from 7 to 11 p.m.
