I would be interested in hearing from others who have had similar experiences on this subject:
MRI results confirm the diagnosis. Prime doctor’s office does not prescribe pain medication.
Referred to pain management clinic. They offer cervical injection 2x6 months and hydrocodone 5mg. Take 1 twice a day.
Pain relief lasts one month from injection. Pills do not help at all. No other options are offered.
Our healthcare system surely can offer a better solution. How do I find it?
