The community is invited to attend the upcoming meeting of the Fountain Hills Photo Club Wednesday, June 12, at 5:45 p.m. in the Fountain Hills Community Center.
At the June meeting, the club will premier its “Summer Show and Tell Program.”
The club is also asking members to bring three of their favorite photographs and share the “why, when, what, where and how” of each photo with the audience: Why this subject? When was it taken? What is the image meant to convey? Where was it taken? How was it post-processed (if at all)?
Everyone will benefit from this exercise as sharing techniques and ideas enables all to learn from each other, a press release read.
If time permits, the club will also play a short educational video about, “What’s New in Lightroom Classic.”
A growing group of enthusiastic local photographers of all levels intent on sharpening their photographic skills using their preferred type of camera, the Fountain Hills Photo Club invites all to experience the wonders of post-processing and exchange the stories behind the photos.
One of the club’s more recent endeavors involves exploring the capabilities of smartphone cameras.
