Now is the Town Council’s chance to improve the town and it will not cost a cent.

Time to stop future use of salt-based water softeners. No, properties that have them now do not have to get rid of them, just no replacement salt systems and no salt systems in new builds. Plus, I hear it takes about three gallons of regular water to make one gallon of soft water. What a waste!
