As a fairly new resident of Fountain Hills, I want to thank Gerry Friedel for his opinion piece regarding the A-frame sign ordinance. All of his points were spot on.

I think our focus should be supporting our small businesses. They have already suffered enough due to overly restrictive Covid mandates that only served to bolster big retail stores. Interestingly, those stores are also so large they do not need A-frame signs to attract business.
