When we retired to Fountain hills back in 1997 we came for the beauty of the raw desert and scenic views. I oppose the Daybreak project due to several factors.

1. The destruction of more of the desert and upsetting of the local environment.

2. The crime that will more than likely come with it.

3. Fountain Hills is in desperate need of anything but more apartments.

4. This complex can be “flipped” over and over, causing obvious issues.
