AC dilemma

Three weeks ago my AC unit was not working so I called my home warranty to repair it. The AC repair man comes to my house to fix it and he got it running. I paid the fee and he left. Half an hour later the unit went down again. I called the vendor to have the man come back. They replied that he was too busy and could not come back for another week and if I didn’t like that, I should call my home warranty to get another vendor and hung up on me.

So in 116-118 degree weather I was hung up on. I called the home warranty company to complain and they told me the same thing. I said, “you mean to tell me you can’t find a vendor in all of Arizona?”

At this point I just got on the internet and was lucky enough to find Fountain Hills A/C Service. The receptionist was very helpful and got a man to my house that afternoon. After reviewing my units we found they were 26 years old and should be replaced. I was not pressured at all, I was educated.

In three days I had a new, wonderful, complete unit installed in one day.
