Columbus “Cal” Calvert passed away peacefully in his home early Monday morning Feb. 22. He was a decorated Marine Naval aviator.

A long-standing member of First Baptist Church of Fountain Hills, he taught the men’s Sunday school class for several years.

He is survived by his wife Linda, of 53 years, and his sons, John and Kevin.

Memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Fountain Hills on Saturday, Feb.27 at 11 am.
