Kindergarten round-up April 11

McDowell Mountain Elementary School will host another kindergarten registration event next Tuesday, April 11. The event will start at 6:30 p.m. and be held at the current Fountain Hills Middle School location.
Superintendent Dr. Cain Jagodzinski and other staff will show prospective parents around the campus and explain upcoming changes and renovations with the consolidation plan.
With the move to a new building, McDowell Mountain Elementary School will have outdoor learning spaces, a new themed library, a full gym for physical education and more. There will also be new electives and honors/gifted programs at the elementary level for the first time.
