The southbound lanes of Palisades Boulevard are closed south of Palomino Boulevard due to a water-main break, according to Town of Fountain Hills Public Works Director Justin Weldy.

The street will remain closed into next week, Weldy said. The water main has been repaired and backfilled completed. Any service interruptions have been restored. However, pavement restoration will not be completed until after the weekend.

Motorists will find detours marked.
