Early sellout expected for Taste of P-Bar Ranch
Posted
Tickets are selling fast for the Taste of the P-Bar Ranch annual fundraising event for the L. Alan Cruikshank River of Time Museum on Saturday, Aug. 10.
Museum executive director Cherie Koss said an early sellout is anticipated.
New to this year’s event will be western-inspired games, a “cork pull” with opportunity to win high-end spirits and a live auction. Former mayor and RE/MAX Sun Properties Realtor Jay Schlum, will be the auctioneer.
Local caterers and restaurants that have jumped on the chuck wagon with donated tastings include: Hob Nob Catering, Crowning Glory Tea Room, Sapori D’Italia, HD Asian Bistro, Arrivederci and Sofrita’s.
They are joined by sponsors Barbara and Fred Hansen, Jerry and Jackie Miles and the Cimarron Sidekicks.
Local businesses and residents can support the event as sponsors to help defray costs. In return, they receive their logo or name on promotional materials, event tickets, program ads and free signature drinks.
Contact Koss to learn about sponsorship opportunities. She can be reached at director@rotmuseum.org.
Tickets at $35 can be purchased during museum hours, from 9 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Washington Federal Bank, Euro Pizza Cafe, Fountain Fashions and Sami’s Fine Jewelry also are selling tickets.
