Fountain Hills council will hold special session to discuss Park Place

Open meeting requested by developer

The Fountain Hills Town Council will meet in special session at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, to discuss the proposed Park Place development, phases two and three.

The agenda calls for the council to reconsider and possibly rescind or affirm action taken by the council Sept. 2 to renew Park Place building permits and allow construction under the 2018 Building Code, in lieu of the 2024 requirements recently adopted by the town.

The deadline for the approved renewal is until Dec. 31, 2025.
