'Spelling Bee' at Youth Theater

Fountain Hills Youth Theater opens its second production of the new season Friday, Feb. 15.
“The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” is now playing at Fountain Hills Youth Theater.

The story follows six awkward adolescents through their daunting and hilarious spelling bee championship quest.
As they navigate the tournament’s pressures, the eccentric band finds a new sense of belong. Along the way, they learn there is more to life than winning a trophy.
“The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” runs through Sunday, March 3, as part of the youth theater’s 17th full time season.
