Manhattan Dolls bring season's cheer

The Manhattan Dolls is sure to bring holiday cheer to Fountain Hills when they entertain Saturday, Dec. 8.

The performance, sponsored by Fountain Hills Friends of the Library, will be held at the Community Center from 2:30 to 4 p.m. The event is appropriate for all ages and is free.

The Manhattan Dolls is a group of swing-style female vocal trios with the sound of the Andrews Sisters. Their Christmas program, “Christmas with the Dolls,” features favorite Christmas music as well as songs from World War II, the ‘50s and ‘60s.

The Manhattan Dolls originated in New York City in 2009. Started by a former USO Girl, the Dolls travel the world performing.
