Did you take a look at our latest edition of Let’s Go! in the Northeast Valley?
This issue is a real treat for you hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. It features stories on the Sonoran Conservancy of Fountain Hills and its Scottsdale equivalent, the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy.
The four-page pullout section also contains a full-color map showing the various McDowell Mountain trails. Also included on the map are all of the trails people can enjoy at McDowell Mountain Park.
That makes the current edition of Let’s Go! a keeper for future reference.

Speaking of Let’s Go!, We’d like to hear from you about how you like it. Do you feel it keeps you informed on the latest dining and entertainment venues, special events and other activities in Fountain Hills, Fort McDowell, the Verdes and Northeast Scottsdale?
It has a total distribution for those areas as we print 25,500 copies each month. The Scottsdale distribution is for the 85259 zip code, essentially all of the homes and businesses along the Shea corridor, east of 102nd Street.
We have been publishing it for more than 10 years.
Our advertisers say they get good response from their ads in Let’s Go! If you have a business in town or northeast Scottsdale, I ask you to consider Let’s Go! as a part of your overall marketing plan.

We are also beginning sales on two of our other publications.
The spring edition of Fountain Hills HOME will be published in late March. The content of HOME has changed since it began its twice a year publication schedule about 10 years ago.
When it began, it was primarily about new home and condo developments under way in the community. As I understand it, there was one building permit issued for a new home all of last year.
So, as you can probably understand, we have changed the focus of the publication to remodeling, decorating ideas and landscape projects that the homeowner can do. Some are do-it-yourself oriented. Others are based on having professionals do the work.
For those interested in advertising, contact any of our three ad sales representatives at 837-1925.
The other publication we are beginning to sell for another season is the Fountain Hills Community Guide.
Copies are mailed to every household and business in Fountain Hills in June. It features information that everyone should know if you live or operate a business in the community.
It covers a variety of topics including town government, utilities and other services, recreational amenities, churches, shopping possibilities and more.
We’re also wrapping up the layout of the Fountain Hills/Verde Communities Telephone Directory.
It goes to the printer next week and you should be getting your copy in early March.
We are your hometown publishing company.
