We have known Mike Tyler for several years, during which we have come to respect and admire the warm and caring person, as well as the professional man of integrity, intellect and one with a true understanding of what this town needs.

Mike brings a solid background in what it takes to maintain and improve the financial and overall health and vibrancy of our beautiful town. Fountain Hills is a premiere community that has experienced financial irresponsibility, and we don’t want to go there again. His qualifications and attitudes are far more important than how long he’s lived here. What exactly qualifies his opponent for this position? We have yet to hear a constructive solution to the issues facing our town from Mr. Contino.

Mike believes in a proactive rather than reactive approach.

He stands for uniting, rather than separating, people and issues. He did not just now start his dialog and involvement with the town, Chamber, community leaders or residents in order to get elected. He has a proven track record that far precedes his candidacy for Town Council and believes in transparency and citizen involvement.

It has been Mike Tyler’s position from the onset that it is the citizens who will decide on whether the property tax is approved. Voting for a candidate strictly on one issue, and not the entire package, would be a disservice to ourselves and our community.
