So, our state representative, Alexander Kolodin, does not believe there should be a statue of Sandra Day O’Connor erected in Washington, D.C. He believes she was an “undistinguished jurist” who doesn’t deserve the honor.
Maybe the representative should do a little self-reflection instead of criticizing the late Supreme Court justice. As a reminder to my fellow voters, he was a key player in the Arizona “fake elector” plot to overthrow the results of the 2020 election and filed evidence-free lawsuits to support those efforts. As a result, he was sanctioned by the Arizona Bar and an Arizona Supreme Court disciplinary panel.
In addition, a grand jury was just announced to investigate the fake electors’ actions, which could lead to criminal charges. He doesn’t deserve to represent our district.
