Boosters look for press box sponsors

Posted

For 2013, the Fountain Hills High School Athletic Booster Club has established a special project goal of building a new press box at the high school football field by August, just in time for the football season.

The boosters are looking for a single, or a select few, significant sponsor entities to have their name associated with this new facility for years to come.

The boosters have had the project professionally estimated at a cost of approximately $40,000. The group’s hope is to find a primary sponsor to be given principal exposure, both on the press box and on the field scoreboard, ideally at the level of $30,000, which is the minimum the Boosters feel they need to raise for the effort.

The Boosters will gratefully accept smaller sponsor donations, though they wish to keep these to no less than $5,000. As such, the Boosters will also give a small group of sponsors exposure on the press box and scoreboard proportionate to their donations.

All sponsors will remain on the box and scoreboard for five years. In addition, each will receive a permanent plaque on the athletics Wall of Fame in the gymnasium building.

For more information or to find out about donation opportunities, contact Jeff Poynter at 480-440-2001, FHHS Athletic Director Mike Briguglio at 480-664-5534 or Booster President Mark McDermott at 480-205-6451.
