Denise Dunning-Ricketts is the newest agent to join The Pellegrini Group in Fountain Hills.

Award-winning Agent Denise Dunning-Ricketts recently announced that she has joined The Pellegrini Group of Sotheby’s International Realty and owners of 85268.com.
Dunning-Ricketts moved to the Arcadia area of Phoenix at the age of eleven which allowed her to witness the development and growth of the Valley and gave her an in-depth knowledge of many areas of the greater northeast and East Valley, a press release said.
Dunning-Ricketts’ career began in the 1980s when she first earned her real estate license to buy and sell investment properties. Her varied background attests to her business acumen, including a degree from Harvard University and ownership of a renowned French restaurant.
Dunning-Ricketts returned to real estate in 2014, dedicating herself to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. She has also distinguished herself as a civic-minded champion with stints as a former board member of the Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center, president of the Fountain Hills Association of Dog Owners Group (ADOG) and a Fountain Hills Rotarian.
An avid equestrian, Dunning-Ricketts is a former western horse youth champion which gives her a unique perspective when assisting clients with buying or selling horse properties.
Dunning-Ricketts exhibits the same integrity and innovation for buyers and sellers in all price points of resale homes and new construction, second homes or investment properties. She said she prides herself on customer service, communication, negotiation expertise and market knowledge. “I answer my phone and listen to your needs to provide the care and know-how you expect from a real estate specialist,” says Dunning-Ricketts.
Dunning-Ricketts has racked up a distinguished record locally, earning a spot on the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International President’s Club in 2019 and ranking in the top six percent for units sold and top nine percent of sales volume through the second quarter of 2021.
She has earned certifications in ePro, Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and Certified Luxury Home Specialist.
