Thanks to an unseen curb in a Scottsdale parking lot, I had to replace a front wheel tire. I went to Discount Tire, where I had purchased the tire, and spoke to Manager John Korsog.

Bad News! My tire is now a discontinued model and they were sold out. Good News! John was able to locate a dealer in New Mexico and had it shipped here, all in less than one week. Now that is what I call good, old-fashioned customer service.
