“Navigator” means one who gives direction – in Obamacare, direction means to the Democrat Party as voter registration is a required part of the application.

Health & Human Services just diverted another 20 percent from “disease prevention” into hiring Navigators. Since they’ll all be hand-picked, no surprise as to whom these high paid individuals will be.
California, the “model” that will be repeated nationally, was granted $910 million just to set up their exchange. It’s not for healthcare, it’s for the bureaucracy, including $360,000 per year for the director alone, and public relations outreach. Law allows concealing all details on how and where the federal taxpayer money is spent.
Covered California proudly announced grant money went to organizations including: NAACP, SEIU and AFL-CIO for door-to-door canvassing, presentations, phone calls, robo-calls, one-on-one education and social networking called “outreach.”
The previous chief lobbyist of the notorious ACORN, infamous for voter fraud, now executive at the Center for Community Change, has been recruited by HHS to supply navigators nationwide. Navigators will receive only 20 hours of training, and no background check required!
Navigators will also hire “assisters” from community activist organizations, unions and health clinics.
Planned Parenthood was also awarded our tax dollars to recruit Obamacare enrollees. Thought: With insurance mandated for everyone, why is Planned Parenthood needed, as insurance must now provide free birth control…unless taxpayers will be paying for abortions?
In short, all organizations contracted have a long history of political activism, and are all closely allied with the Democrat Party. They will turn out the uninsured to enroll in Obamacare and the Democrat Party!
