Richard R. Maffei, 54, of Fountain Hills passed away on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017. He was born in Oceanside, N.Y.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Maffei of 30 Years; sons, Richard A. Maffei, Thomas Maffei (Cassy), and Michael Maffei; grandson, Richard Matthew Maffei; brother Gary Maffei (Charlie); sister, Linda Woodford (Richard); brother, Kenneth Maffei (Diane) and many very special nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation. A funeral mass will be held at The Church of the Ascension, 12615 N Fountain Hills Blvd., on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017 at 10 a.m. Burial will be private.
Donations in his memory are requested to Phoenix Children’s Hospital or Andre House. Arrangements entrusted to Messinger Mortuary.
