Hazel Estelle Frank, 94, of Scottsdale, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2015.
Mom was a beautiful homemaker who loved gardening, cooking and sewing along with interior decorating.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Harold W. Frank, age 98; daughter, Pamela Beth Forsyth (Paul); grandson, Nathan Paul Forsyth; nieces, Barbara Joyce Burns and Dana Frank; nephew James Frank; numerous great-nieces and great great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carylin Estelle Frank; sister, Viola Castle and brother, Homer Parish.
Visitation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. with funeral service at 10 a.m., Friday, July 3, 2015 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. Interment National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ on Monday, July 6, 2015.
