School board meets Wednesday

Due to the upcoming fall break, the first school board meeting of October has been moved to this Wednesday, Oct. 5. The meeting is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. in the District Learning Center.

Along with a look at an early version of the 2016-17 academic calendar, the local board will discuss upcoming AzMERIT exams and a trio of extracurricular trips. The board may also approve a contract for auditing services, as well as the annual financial report for fiscal year 2015.
