In anticipation of a Jan. 1 occupancy, the leasing company for Park Place on the Avenue of the Fountains has made known the prices and square footage of the apartments.
Reservations are being accepted at the Alliance Residential office, 16820 Avenue of the Fountains, suite 104.
A pre-lease special offers one free month, plus application and holding fees, credited toward move-in.
The monthly rent for a one bedroom, 675-square foot apartment starts at $994 to $1,204.
Alliance Residential leasing manager Dex Hiland said the price range depends upon the floor and the views.
