New villa models open in Adero Canyon

Another new home development has opened in town: Adero Villas by Camelot Homes.

Two luxury models are open for viewing in what will be 44 single-family patio homes ranging in size from 2,500 square feet to 2,745 square feet.

The homes are the second option in Adero Canyon. Toll Brothers is building a subdivision that opened in mid-February. The Toll Brothers project involves 61 lots for semi-custom single level and two-story contemporary homes. Five floor plan models are available.

The Adero Villas are centered on open space and indoor/outdoor living, 12-foot ceilings and contemporary architecture.

The villas are priced from the high $600,000 depending upon options and add-ons.

Plan 1905 model features two bedrooms with a den, 2.5 baths and two-car garage. The approximate footage is 2,552 square feet. Prices are $690,900 or $695,900. A casita is optional.

Plan 1904, approximately 2,745 square feet, also has two bedrooms with a den, 2.5 baths and two-car garage. An optional bedroom and third bath also are possible. Prices are $698,900 or $699,900.

The models are open for viewing from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; noon to 5 p.m., and noon to 5 p.m., Wednesdays and Sunday.
