When you visit Paradise Valley Antiques and Furnishings, you will want to block out a good chunk of time.
The fabulous marketplace offers an eclectic variety of fine European antiques and distinctive home furnishings for the particular home decorator or professional interior designer. Throughout the store, visitors will find interesting items from large-scale armoires to the tiniest accessory to enhance an interior.

Paradise Valley Antiques and Furnishings offers a wide variety of eclectic antiques and home furnishings. A knowledgeable and friendly staff can help the client find just the right pieces to complement a home.
Owner Joy Stephens said the store features importers such as Empire Antiques and Designs and Styles, along with 20 other dealers including bath and hearth cabinet importer Mark O’Donnell of “Oh, Why Not…Interiors.” Check out www.ohwhynotinteriors.com.
“Oh, Why Not…Interiors” specializes in more than 100 sink vanities for the bath and powder room. It also features 18 mantels and accent furnishings.
Mark said the Ambella Home Collection are handcrafted sink chests and mantel pieces. They are carved by skilled artisans from around the world. In addition to the hand rubbed finishes ranging from mahogany to antique parchment, each chest comes with a top crafted fossil stone or a new offering of either marble or granite.
He said Ambella Home Collection sink faucets are sold separately from the sink chest. Classic fixtures come in a variety of finishes including classic ages and antique brass, brushed or antique nickel.

The six-year-old store specializes in reasonably priced genuine, quality antiques and accessories from Europe and around the world. Merchandise changes daily, and Joy encourages customers to shop frequently.
“The presentation may look expensive, but these pieces are offered at some of the best prices you’ll find anywhere in the Valley,” she said.
A new container recently arrived from France. Leo Lucas of Empire Antiques hand selected each piece on a recent trip to France and Belgium.
Joy said while the merchandise entices retail and wholesale customers from throughout the state, it is the staff that makes the difference.
“The knowledgeable and friendly staff who welcome and guide each valued customer to the treasures in the store, make this a great place to shop,” she said.
