Keller Williams Southwest Realty has powerful sales team

Keller Williams Southwest Realty is proud to welcome several new agents and top producers to its team in Fountain Hills.

The latest member is Rich Madden of “The Madden Marketing Group.” The Madden Group had sales in excess of $27 million in 2005, making it the top sales group in the community.

Local Keller Williams Southwest Realty owners Gary and Jaime Gordon are very excited to have Rich and his team on board. The Madden Group brings a wealth of knowledge and a complete support staff with them. The community is welcome to stop by to see what all the excitement is about at the office located at 16872 E. According to Inman News, Keller Williams Realty is the fastest growing real estate company in the country. Founded in 1983, Keller Williams is an international real estate company with more than 590 offices located across the U.S. and Canada.

The company began franchising offices in 1991, following years of phenomenal growth and success. The company has succeeded by treating its 69,000-plus associates as partners. It shares its knowledge, policy control and company profits on a system-wide basis.

Keller Williams Realty is founded on an “agents as partners” business model. Agents and staff have access to the company’s financial reports, share in up to 50 percent of company profits and have a say in all decisions.

The business model fosters a synergistic environment where both parties succeed through teamwork. This model encourages agents and brokers to share their best practices with each other and rewards associates who bring others into the company. It is these industry-changing philosophies that have rocketed Keller Williams.

Even today, as Keller Williams Realty grows, the founding philosophies stay the same:

The company is made up of sales associates and a supporting staff who are carefully selected to be a part of the firm. In addition to the required education for licensing, Keller Williams associates attend numerous courses through Keller Williams University to keep up-to-date on real estate trends and information.

Keller Williams’ training is the most comprehensive in the industry, Gary said. “Our standards for performance are for the benefit of our clients, and they are the highest standards.”

Keller Williams policy manual guarantees its professionalism and integrity.

The firm’s sales associates and staff maintain day-to-day contact with preferred lending institutions in its business area.

“This helps buyers find the best possible financing,” Gary said.

“Our commitment is that we will always strive to provide professional real estate services to the very best of our ability,” he added.

Gary invites interested realtors to call or stop by to learn more about becoming part of the Keller Williams Southwest Realty Team.

“The Keller Williams vision is to be the company of choice for a new generation of real estate agents and owners,” he said. “Keller Williams is the most innovative company in real estate today.”

Among some of the incentives to attract new agents is a program called eAgentC, an agent-focused technology group that equips associates with leading-edge websites, an online business management portal, e-mail and more.

Profit sharing is another program offered to agents.

“The profit share system is a compensation plan that financially rewards agents for bringing other productive agents to Keller Williams Southwest Realty,” Gary said. “Profit share allows agents to add a passive income stream to their regular commission, enhancing their personal wealth and retirement planning.”
