Not so enduring
This three-piece public art sculpture near the Community Center and Library/Museum complex is known as “Enduring Family,” but one of its members didn’t prove too enduring after the monsoon storm blew through town Saturday evening, Aug. 28. A wind gust of 54 mph was reported by weather equipment near the Fountain. Many trees and homes suffered damage from the short but powerful storm.
